  • Accounts Clerk

    Job duties:

    • Prepare daily voucher, preriodical financial reports;
    • Handle full set of books;
    • Monitor variances in various leasing control parameters such as income receivable, vacancy, trends, price and customer turnover.


    • LCCI Intermediate;
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in property leasing company; 
    • Knowledge in computerized Accounting system, MS Office;
    • Solid experience in Flex Accounts is an advantage.
